Who This Service Is Designed For

This service is built for small, high-trust teams who:

  • travel regularly for client work, training, or site visits
  • don’t want to manage travel internally
  • value reliability, discretion, and follow-through
  • want one consistent point of contact for travel

It’s especially well-suited for:

  • consulting firms
  • government contractors
  • boutique professional services companies
  • distributed teams with recurring travel needs

How the Service Works

This is an ongoing concierge-style service, not per-trip pricing.

Once your company is onboarded, I become your dedicated point of contact for travel planning and management. Your team sends requests.
Travel gets handled.

Included:

  • Flight booking and management
  • Hotel booking and coordination
  • Ground transportation planning
  • Schedule-aware travel planning
  • Changes, rebooking, and disruptions
  • Consistent communication and follow-through
  • Business-hours support
  • No booking fees
  • No per-trip charges

Simple, Predictable Pricing

$100 per month, per traveler

Minimum of 5 travelers per company

This monthly retainer provides ongoing travel planning and support for each enrolled traveler.

There are no booking fees, no hidden costs, and no surprise charges.

Travel advisor services themselves are free to the traveler — this monthly fee covers dedicated access, continuity, and operational support for your team

What This Service Is Not

To keep this service effective and sustainable, the following are not included:

  • Large group events or conferences
  • Incentive travel
  • Company retreats or offsites
  • Complex international itineraries
  • After-hours emergency support

If needed, these can be discussed separately on a per event/project basis.

Why Companies Choose This Model

Instead of reacting to travel as it comes up, your company gains:

  • predictable, ongoing support
  • fewer internal interruptions
  • reduced decision fatigue
  • calmer, more consistent travel experiences
  • one accountable point of contact

It’s travel infrastructure — without having to build it yourself.

Limited Capacity

This is a limited-capacity service.

I intentionally work with a small number of companies to maintain responsiveness, quality, and continuity. Once capacity is reached, onboarding pauses.
