🛍 Orders via StaciaKelly.com (Shopify)
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days (longer for pre-orders, handmade, or customized items).
- Shipping Providers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (based on location/item).
- Tracking: Emailed when your item ships.
- Regions: U.S. + select international countries.
- Custom/Pre-order Notes: Specific timelines are listed on the product page.
🌙 Orders via Luna’s Emporium on Etsy
- Visit: etsy.com/shop/LunasEmporium
- Etsy listings reflect handcrafted, mystical, and art-based items with made-to-order details.
- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (custom work may take longer).
- Tracking is included. Please message me on Etsy for updates or special shipping requests.
📚 Book Orders via Amazon
- All books are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), with Prime shipping options.
- Delivery, tracking, and return policies are governed by Amazon.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
🛍 Website (Shopify) Orders
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Email: staciakelly@gmail.com with subject line “Return Request + Order #”.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item was defective or incorrect.
Items not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or e-books
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Opened spiritual/energy-based items (candles, tarot decks, etc.)
🌙 Etsy Orders
- Please view full shop policies on Luna’s Emporium Etsy page.
- Generally, returns are accepted within 14 days.
- No returns on used, customized, or digital items.
- Contact me through Etsy messages for returns or exchange requests.
📚 Amazon Books
- Amazon handles all book returns.
- Log into your Amazon account and initiate a return under “Your Orders.”
- For damaged books or issues, Amazon’s customer support will assist you directly.
