If you’re like me, some days you just don’t want to get out of bed on time and the gym. Your to do list is a mile long and those extra few minutes of sleep are calling to you. However, those extra few minutes can cost you from reaching the goal you’ve set for yourself. Recently, I took an online course by Ray Higdon called the 3-Minute Expert, and he shared several items of his daily routine. One that resonated deeply with me and it’s something I’ve always tried to teach my clients and teammates.

Create a folder, Pinterest Board, something you can look at first thing in the morning and the last thing at night that is full of motivational quotes. The idea is to get into a positive mindset at the start and end of your day. It prepares your subconscious to work on positive outcomes.

That’s it. It’s super easy and fast to do. So much so, I thought I’d share some of my favorites here. Feel free to repost to your favorite social media outlet – Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, which ever! (I have mine saved to my phone in a folder so I can get to them easily in the morning.)

This one was mine that I shared with my team. Sometimes we feel a little challenged when running our own businesses. We forget that we have to think like a CEO.
