Take a moment & just stop.
Stop reading emails, answering instant messages, posting to Facebook or Twitter. And, pause with the selfies on Instagram.
Stop and take 3 deep, slow breaths. In and up, out and down.
Close your eyes and breathe. Focus on pulling your navel into your spine on the inhale and expanding your chest. And then, release it out and down.
Do it three times.
Now, open your eyes. And just smile.
